Our residential department at Conditioned Air Systems, Inc. has worked over two decades with many contractors in the Gainesville, Athens, Toccoa, Hartwell, and Atlanta areas. The residential market is rapidly growing, and at CAS we are proud to offer our customers technology, service and dependability that far exceeds our competition. We have worked hard to earn our reputation in the heating and air industry, but we realize that we must continue to earn that reputation on every project.
We do our jobs the "Old Traditional Way." This means we use a true rectangular duct system. Our average job will have 24-50' of rectangular main trunk line per system, which proves to be quieter, better quality, high efficiency system. We specialize in the in high end market residential homes (150,000 to 1 + million dollar homes). We also specialize in Home Zone Damper Systems, Humidity and Air Quality Control products. We are a Trane, Carrier, and York dealer, each of these brands have earned the #1 names in the heating and air industry.
At CAS our prices have proven to be competitive with other companies in this market. WE have a 24 hour service department and technical support to provide quality assurance for any system we install.
