    Preventative Maintenance Agreements

    Maintenance agreements are your best protection against expensive repairs on your heating and cooling equipment. With our regular service twice a year on your equipment you will prolong the lifetime of your equipment, maintain the highest efficiency possible, catch problems early before they cause major damage, and you will have “peace of mind” knowing your system will be operating properly with high efficiency.
    In the unlikely event a problem should occur, our preventative maintenance customers will have priority service over other customers and you will receive a 10% discount off both labor and parts that are needed for the repair.

    One Time Tune-Ups

    Equipment manufactures warranties require that the equipment be properly maintained. With longer warranty periods (up to ten years) it is recommended that each system should be inspected once a year to maintain their warranty. These one time tune-ups will restore your equipment to their optimal operating efficiency and validate the warranty; however we recommend the true value of having the full preventative maintenance agreement.

    Flat Rate Pricing

    Our technicians are equipped with flat rate pricing books. These flat rate pricing books allow us to provide our customers with better service than our competitors. All customers will receive the same price for the same repair. There is no chance that our customers will be over billed on their invoices. The customer will pay a standard price for the technician to travel to your location and to diagnosis of your systems. After the diagnosis you will have a price for repairing the unit. There will not be any surprises or misunderstandings on your repair bill.

    Equipment Replacements And Accessories

    Conditioned Air Systems service department is equipped to handle all of your residential replacement and new installation needs. We carry three major brands of equipment.(Trane, York, Carrier) We also carry all of your accessories such as high effiecny filters and humidifiers. Please call for your free in home estimates.

    Warranties

    Conditioned Air Systems is able to warranty all brands of equipment with proof of the date when the equipment was initial started. (Ex. occupancy report) We also warranty all of our repair work for one full year. This is another example of how we provide a better service than our competitors.


    GPS Tracking

    All of our service vans are equipped with GPS. This allows our dispatcher to always know the location of our technicians. GPS allows us to be more efficient when dispatching service calls and also allows us to provide better service for our valued customers.

    Training

    Conditioned Air Systems strives to deliver the best possible service for a competitive price. We spend numerous hours a year sending technicians to factory sponsored training to increase there already vast knowledge. We are also currently striving to have 100 percent of our technician N.A.T.E. certified. N.A.T.E. is a nationalized test which tests our technicians on their service skill levels as well as building a strong relationship with our customers.

    Financing

    Financing is available for your system replacements. Due to the uncertainty of financing rates and options please ask about your options when finalizing your purchase.
