Now, the two industry leaders are joining forces, as Conditioned Air Systems recently announced that Payne will assume leadership of its brand new plumbing division.
When CAS determined to establish a plumbing division, Payne Plumbing founder John Payne was CAS’s number one choice to take the lead of its new venture.
“John’s reputation precedes him, and that is why we went straight to John when we decided to add plumbing to our wide range of service options,” said Conditioned Air Systems CEO Doug Magnus. “We are excited for what John’s vast knowledge of the plumbing industry will mean for us and our customers. We cannot wait to get started, and we are thrilled to add John to our family of professionals here at Conditioned Air.”
A lifelong resident of Gainesville, Payne worked hard to build a reputation of quality work and unequalled customer service, and those aspects made him the perfect match for CAS – which has striven since day one to provide the ultimate in customer satisfaction. Payne grew up in the plumbing industry, obtaining his unrestricted master pluming license over 25 years ago and founding Payne Plumbing shortly thereafter. And the opportunity to join CAS proved a brilliant match of like-minded service providers for Payne.

A dedicated father, Payne has two daughters attending Kennesaw State University and another daughter that is a freshman at Gainesville High School. He also enjoys playing golf and being on the lake – though it is his dedication to quality service on the job that made him the obvious collaborator for CAS.
