Meet our Team

Doug Magnus, president and founder of Conditioned Air Systems, Inc., started the company in February 1983 and has guided CAS growth from a small, family business into a regional powerhouse. Now a 75+ employee-strong family business, Doug serves as the CEO keeping the company’s big picture in sharp focus and works hand-in-hand with Andy Kalinauskas, President of Operations and Services to oversee the major departments of the business. Prior to opening CAS, Doug worked in the HVAC business for 20 years, giving him more than 50 years combined experience in the industry.
