President

Andy Kalinauskas

Andy is not a north Georgia native – but you’d never know that now. That’s because he’s made himself an invaluable part of our community – just like he has to our company. If you want an idea of just how important Andy is to Conditioned Air Systems, just look at the five core principles that he lives by:

• Take ownership of your job duties.
• Don’t stop when it gets tough, accept it as a challenge.
• Treat the company like it was yours.
• Don’t procrastinate.
• You can always do more.

For Andy, these are not just platitudes or empty promises. In fact, he measures every day at Conditioned Air by these principles – both for himself and the entirety of the company. With that in mind, it’s easy to understand why Andy rose to a position of leadership with Conditioned Air. He joined our company in 2002 and dove headfirst into a quest to make himself an expert in all things HVAC, a paragon of customer service, and an innovator in a constantly evolving industry.

For an idea of his commitment to self-improvement, simply look below at his list of professional certifications. However, he’s much more concerned with how the company has grown and developed during his time at Conditioned Air. That includes a commitment to growth in north Georgia and metro Atlanta, and in 2024 Conditioned Air Systems had sales that exceeded 69 million. As of 2025, Conditioned Air is also working on its largest HVAC project to date at Cherokee County High School.

In his quest to better serve Conditioned Air Systems customers’ needs, Andy also helped spearhead the launch a plumbing division to complement its existing successful HVAC business.

It’s not all business with Andy, however. He is also a committed family man and works just as hard to help support the community in which he lives and works. A 1999 graduate of Penn State University (with a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management), Andy loves his adopted region of north Georgia – as reflected by his community service record, which includes leadership positions with United Way of Hall County (community investment committee, 2005-2012, and audit committee, 2016-18), Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (board member, 2008-2015, and board chair, 2015-17), Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce (Leadership Hall County, 2006 , general board, 2013, executive committee, 2014, South Hall Business Coalition chair, 2015-2017), Teen Pregnancy Prevention Board (2008-2010), Gainesville Jaycee’s (2002-2010), and Kiwanis International Member (member since 2012). He is also active in his church, Westminster Presbyterian, where he has been a member since 2003 and served as a deacon in 2011, as well as a board member for Lanier Christian School (2021-2025).

As for the future, Andy is excited about the opportunities at Conditioned Air and will continue with his goal of developing employees to become leaders in the industry through professional training while also giving them opportunities to succeed.
