Baya understands every inch of Conditioned Air, and that’s because she has worked in so many levels of the company. Baya, a double Brenau University graduate (she earned her B.S. in Business in 1996, and an MBA in 1998), started with the company by performing remedial work and gradually worked her way up the ranks by continuously learning and striving for growth. Through dedication and hands-on experience, she developed a deep understanding of Conditioned Air’s operations, which ultimately led Baya to her current role as Vice President of Internal Operations. In this position, Baya drives efficiency, fosters innovation, and ensures that the company continues to uphold the exceptional standards that define this local, family-backed company. She also helps Conditioned Air to prioritize key principles and values that set the foundation for a successful business, strong customer relationships, and an empowered team. To that end, she helps us stay up to date with the latest HVAC technology, while encouraging ongoing training and certifications for team members to enhance skills and expertise. She also ensures that operating with honesty, fairness, and ethical business practices is priority one.

Proud of her background and her hometown, Baya is also hands on with helping its growth and advancement – as reflected by her volunteer and philanthropic endeavors, including service with the Gainesville-Hall County Junior League (a past President and member for nine years and counting), South Hall Rotary (past member), United Way of Hall County, and the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.

Baya’s vision for the future of Conditioned Air Systems is one of continuous growth while staying deeply rooted in the communities of north Georgia and metro Atlanta. She believes that by fostering the next generation and providing opportunities for hands-on learning and skill development, she can help ensure that Conditioned Air representatives evolve and succeed. Her goal is to build a legacy for both Conditioned Air and her community, and her commitment to quality and care – in everything she does – is a route to accomplish that vow.
