Jason Ladd

Jason’s stated goal is to grow Conditioned Air’s plumbing division into north Georgia’s leading service and new construction plumbing company. He is also determined to provide a new era of plumbing services for Conditioned Air customers – including residents, business owners, school systems and government facilities. To do so, Jason leans on his 25-plus years in experience in the residential, commercial, industrial plumbing and septic field. Beyond that, he knows how to talk with and relate to customers – a must for all employees of Conditioned Air, whether they work in the HVAC or plumbing departments.

Jason’s plumbing knowledge is unsurpassed in the field. He holds a Master 2 Plumber Unrestricted license, along with a septic installers residential and commercial license, Pete moss, Eljen, drip, ATU, and is confined space and blue card erosion certified. He is also trained and versed with specialty septic systems and very versed and experienced in outside utilities installation and repair – a huge plus for our client base, which includes a wide array of customers with unique plumbing needs. Jason also has 20-plus years of boiler, chilled water, and steam pipe installation and repair experience. He also holds a Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and has multiple areas of wastewater experience.

Jason has memberships in Georgia Onsite Wastewater Association, International Plumbing Code, and FGPC. A graduate of the John Carter Plumbing Institute, as well as certified by the Georgia Water & Wastewater Institute, Jason holds close to the motto “do what you say, say what you do.” He ensures that all Conditioned Air plumbers undertake the same commitment and is excited about the challenges of helping to build our plumbing division from its infancy.
