Kenny Gee
We consider our customers and staff like family, and Kenny’s story shows just how much we mean that. He is a pillar of Conditioned Air, and it’s instructive that Kenny lists “customer service” as his key principle, along with: “Always do the right thing,” and “follow the plan and guidelines for the job.” As our general manager he maintains those standards and demands of our staff nothing more than what he demands of himself. They are high standards, but they have made a big difference for our clients throughout north Georgia and metro Atlanta.
Because he spent time as an installer, service technician, and project manager, Kenny knows the specifics of HVAC inside and out – in fact he’s qualified in all aspects of Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation, including but not Limited to: Chill Water Systems, Hot Water Systems, Rooftop Units, Variable Frequency Drives, Automatic Temperature Controls, and Test & Balance. He also holds a LEED GA certification. Despite his vast experience, however, he has never rested on his laurels and is constantly learning and looking forward in an industry that has made astounding technological advances in recent years. Kenny’s commitment to change with the times while continuing to grow is a trait he instills in our project managers and technicians.
Like so many members of our staff, Kenny is committed to making his community – and his profession – better. In fact, his outstanding knowledge and willingness to pass his experience on led him to a role on Lanier Tech HVAC Advisory Board (2010-2020) where he could help set curriculum and standards for the next generation of HVAC professionals. As a former student at South Hall High School – located just miles from the Lanier Tech campus – you’d expect nothing less from Kenny, and we are proud that he continues to call our area – and our company – home.
