HVAC Manager

Mark Miller

When you helm a division of one of the most trusted and versatile HVAC companies in north Georgia, you better know how to get the job done, but, beyond that, you also better know how to get the most out of your workforce. As our HVAC division manager, Mark Miller not only brings years of knowledge and experience of HVAC products and installations, but he also operates as our dynamic servant leader. Mark inspires our project managers and technicians, bringing out their own best instincts while also providing an excellent example of the kind of customer service and support that Conditioned Air customers have come to expect.

Mark’s unparalleled passion for the job provides Conditioned Air with a catalyst that helps the entire division to meet the needs of its clients. One of the ways he does this is by helping team members to that “ah-ha” moment where true learning happens. And Mark’s optimism and energy is truly motivational for our company, which aspires to be the best in every facet of HVAC – including installation, repair, maintenance, and customer service of all facets of residential and commercial heating and air.

With 25 years’ experience as a mechanical engineer and HVAC project manager across multiple industries, Mark came to Conditioned Air because he believes and supports Conditioned Air’s mission: To treat customers like family and offer the highest standard of equipment and support possible. To that end, he makes it his goal to never stop working to improve Conditioned Air’s workforce, overall quality, and service offering. He also sees it as his goal to help educate our customers in north Georgia and metro Atlanta on the importance of home and work air quality and the impact they have on health and safety.

Mark owns an AAS in Mechanical Engineering from Central Virginia Community College, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering, from Old Dominion University and a BA in Business Leadership, from Ashford University. The skills and knowledge he acquired, combined with his determination to provide unmatched service, led him to leadership roles in HVAC installations across the nation – including several here in Georgia – before he joined Conditioned Air. In fact, Mark was on the construction management team for the early development of the Kubota Manufacturing of America site in Gainesville, as well as part of mechanical buildouts for Northeast Georgia Health Systems buildings (including its new Gainesville hospital central plant startup).

Now that he’s a resident of north Georgia, Mark plans to make the most of his time in his new community – helping it to grow and thrive just like he has his professional commitments.
