At Conditioned Air Systems, we are certified dealers of Trane, Carrier, Daikin and York equipment. With an extensive knowledge of ALL brands, we set ourselves apart from other HVAC contractors who may only focus on one manufacturer. Because of our relationships with manufacturers we are able to honor all manufacturer warrantees. 

Through an ongoing training program, we ensure that our technicians are always current and up-to-date on their NATE certification as well as all other industry standards. For example, the Trane Comfort Specialist™ label proudly worn by our technicians indicates that a dealer has met the highest Trane standards. We also send our technicians to manufacturer-sponsored training and events to ensure they have the latest industry knowledge and expertise.

Commercial/Residential Service and Repair

While planned maintenance is the best protection against costly repairs, if your system fails, our NATE-certified technicians can easily diagnose the problem and ensure your HVAC is operational quickly. For replacements and installations, a member of the CAS management team will complete a site visit to make a comprehensive system evaluation. After approval, we expedite the project to get your system operating at peak performance as quickly as possible. 

Commercial/Residential Planned Maintenance

To ensure the highest level of performance, we adhere strictly to the service and maintenance guidelines set forth by the equipment manufacturers. With our basic twice-a-year service agreement, you can prolong your system’s life, maintain efficiency and pinpoint trouble spots before they fail. Through this program, you will also have access to priority scheduling, discounted part and labor and no overtime rates.
